Meet Corey: a creative and insightful young man that enjoys many artistic pursuits including photography and music. Corey's favorite genre is RAP. He truly connects to the lyrics, finding great meaning in those who describe overcoming life’s difficulties and remaining strong and true to yourself. Corey recently completed a project in the Japanese art of Kintsugi (fixing broken pottery with gold) and he expressed how the repaired bowl represented his life, stating that each challenge he experiences “only makes him stronger and more beautiful.” This amazing young man has a deep sense of family and remains very committed to his younger siblings expressing a strong desire to be placed in a home together. Corey feels that mutual respect and enjoying each other’s company are the most important characteristics a family could possess. Corey is the oldest of four siblings.
Meet Katere: this amazing young man loves to draw, especially Japanese anime. In fact, Katere lists drawing as one of his best skills. Those who know Katere well would say that love for family and quick wit would be his defining traits, and just like his favorite anime character Naruto, sweet and fun-loving Katere enjoys a good-natured prank. Katere is looking for a family who will sign him up for football and then be there in the stands to cheer him on! He loves cooking and eating. His favorites are as unique as he is. His favorites include Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and a “cooked a perfect, medium-rare” steak.
Bella is a young girl with dirty blonde hair and beautiful hazel eyes. When you first meet Bella she's soft spoken and quiet, but when you get to know her, her fun-loving personality truly shines. Bella loves singing along to JoJo Siwa, and loves to sport those flashy JoJo Siwa hair bows too! She's also quite the gymnast and will gladly show off her cartwheels and round-offs to anyone who's watching! Her trampoline where she can practice her gymnastics skills is her happy place. While definitely loves to show her feminine side, Bella also has a tough side and hopes to one day have a career in law enforcement. If Bella's dream wasn't to be a cop, modeling could be an alternative career path for this cutie pie. Bella loves to be in front of the camera and is always up for getting her picture taken. It wouldn't be a proper photo-shoot without her signature (and super adorable) peace sign pose!
Bella would like a family who will love and support her and her siblings. She would like to explore the world, and dreams of visiting California, so a family who is active and adventurous would be a good fit. She would also like a family who would encourage her to pursue her dreams of being a gymnast and would be in the stands to cheer her on every step of the way. Bella keeps her emotions close to her chest and can be very reserved about sharing how she feels. It's important for Bella to be with a family who is patient and emotionally present in order to best support her and bring her to a place of healing.
Skye is a young girl with brown hair, brilliant blue eyes, and a smile that will light up the room. Her cheerful voice, bubbly personality, and positivity will capture your heart in an instant. Skye deeply cares for the people in her life and will always try to find a way to put a smile on their faces. She loves to laugh and to make other people laugh with her silly stories and mannerisms. Skye is creative, artistic and loves arts and crafts! She has a sketch book that she fills with magical creatures and places that she creates from her creative imagination. She loves all things enchanted, whimsical, and unicorn related! Skye enjoys learning, and has additional support in school to assist with staying focused and on task academically. A family who would encourage Skye’s emotional well-being would be a good fit.
The children would thrive in a home where they can be placed together and finding one home for these amazing siblings is preferred. They all have expressed wanting to live together as they grow up. However, multiple families may be considered if the families can make the commitment to continued sibling contact.
