Jasmine(Age 3)
Check out the dynamic duo of Jayden and Jasmine! Together, they are looking for a family to call their own.

Jayden has a larger than life personality. He is creative, imaginative, and fun. Jayden is also sweet and loving. He gives the absolute best hugs, and benefits from a lot of affection and attention. Jayden feels that his best qualities are his ability to make others smile by giving great compliments and making people laugh with his sense of humor. Jayden loves to entertain. He is as silly as they come, as he loves to joke around and express himself through his dance moves and elaborate story telling. Video games and electronics are his favorite, but he also has a love for all things SUPERHERO. Jayden likes swimming, playing with Legos, building blocks, and doing arts and crafts.

Jasmine is full of charisma but has even more sweetness. Her adorable smile will light up the room, and her laugh is incredibly contagious. Jasmine follows in her big brother’s footsteps and enjoys being silly and making people laugh. Jasmine enjoys being independent but is accepting of help when offered. As much as she loves exploring her independence and trying to do things on her own, she is also a social butterfly who also loves playing with and being around others. There is no number of hugs that would be enough for Jasmine. She gives great hugs and thrives by receiving attention and affection. Some of Jasmine’s favorites include coloring, playing outside, and watching Mickey Mouse.

Jayden and Jasmine are not yet legally free for adoption. Termination of parental rights will be pursued upon identification of a pre-adoptive resource.

The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
