Felicity is a beautiful and outgoing young lady. When asked what words she would choose to describe herself, Felicity used creative, caring, and compassionate. You only have to spend a small amount of time with Felicity to agree with her description. Felicity enjoys assisting with the daily care of the animals in her current foster home. Her favorite subject in school is science as she enjoys learning about the physical and chemical changes in the ecological system. Wouldn’t you love to learn about this with her? Felicity enjoys being outside playing basketball. She dreams of being a professional basketball player when she grows up and hopes her forever family will support her either on the court or from the bleachers.

Felicity is open to a one or two-parent family who will provide permanency for her. She would like to at least keep telephone contact with her younger siblings who reside in a foster home. She also has telephone contact with her grandparents and would like this contact to continue after adoption.

Felicity is legally free for adoption. For more information about her, call the SWAN Helpline at 1-800-585-SWAN and have your worker contact Elizabeth Teeters via telephone or email eteeters@concern4kids.org.
Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.
The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
