Jill(Age 6)
Meet Jack and Jill! This sibling group is seeking their forever family!

Jack is a soft-spoken, inquisitive little boy. He loves to ask questions because he wants to learn about new things. He is fascinated by everything and enjoys spending time outside, looking at picture books, and playing with cars, trucks, and dinosaur models. His favorite colors are red, green, and black.

Jill is sweet and bubbly! She has a smile that lights up the room. Jill is outgoing and loves to play with her Barbie dolls, crafts, and outside. Jill is shy when she first meets new people; she benefits from initiating contact with others. Once Jill warms up to you, her amazing personality begins to shine. Jill benefits from establishing relationships at her own pace. Jill has truly been enjoying life, as she is able to have a healthy peer connection in her current home.

Jack and Jill have consistent visitations with each other. They also visit occasionally with their younger sibling and would like to maintain that connection. Jack and Jill are seeking their forever family together. Their ideal family is a loving and patient two-parent home. Jack and Jill would do best with a family that is able to give them a lot of attention, structure and set clear boundaries. A family with previous parenting experience and a strong support system would also be ideal for Jack and Jill.

Parental rights have not been terminated for Jack and Jill.

Families must have an approved Family Profile (home study) to adopt a child. Only those families with approved profiles will be considered by the child’s caseworker in the county children and youth agency with custody of the child.
The information is given by PAE based solely on the statement of the family that they are approved to adopt. Families in Pennsylvania without an approved Family Profile are directed to contact 1-800-585-SWAN1-800-585-SWAN to pursue an agency in their geographic area. Families living outside of Pennsylvania are encouraged to work with an agency in their state to prepare the profile.
