Biography

Marie is a happy young lady who is a pleasure to be around. She is diagnosed with Autism and mild mental retardation and will need special attention from a loving family. Despite her diagnoses, Marie is friendly, interactive and fun loving towards everyone. She is partially verbal and is able to express her interests and communicate with others on a basic level. Marie enjoys “girlie” activities such as having her nails painted and her hair styled as well as playing with princess toys. She also enjoys swimming, playing on the swings at the playground, writing, doing puzzles and coloring pictures.

Marie is looking for a loving forever family who is invested in her lifelong care. All families will be considered for Marie. She is not yet legally free for adoption.
