Biography

Phillip is an active boy who loves to play outside. He enjoys going to school and does well in all of his classes. Phillips requires a family setting with structure and boundaries. He would do best in a home where he is the youngest or only child.

All families will be considered for Phillip. He is legally free for adoption.
