Biography

Lowell is a handsome and outgoing young man with a great sense of humor. He is very active and loves sports, his favorite football team is the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lowell enjoys attending weekly youth group meetings and church services with his foster family. Lowell gets along well with his foster siblings and he enjoys playing with their pet dogs.

Lowell is open to trying new things. He recently tried out for his school’s baseball team. He has shown interest in playing the drums and will be taking lessons at school. His favorite type of music is rap and he likes listening to Drake and Eminem. Lowell loves going out to eat, especially to Cici’s Pizza Buffet. Lowell also likes going snow-tubing in the winter and swimming in the summer.

Lowell has a close bond to his biological siblings and would like to maintain contact with them. He would like a two-parent forever family. All families will be considered for Lowell. He is legally free for adoption.
