Biography

Jay is a likeable young man with a great sense of humor who is searching for a forever family. Jay enjoys sports and is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, especially Brian Westbrook. Jay also plays flag football, sometimes playing several different positions during the game. In addition to football, Jay is a fan of wrestling. His favorite wrestler is Batista. Jay has a small collection of wrestling figures and plastic wrestling belts. For his last birthday Jay received a wrestling action figure and wrestling cage.

Jay is currently doing well in school. He loves attending class and really wants to learn.

Jay has a congenital skin condition called “Ichthyosis.” This is a form of eczema, which causes his skin to become dry and irritated. At times, his skin can flare up, requiring medical treatment or possible hospitalization. Jay needs to take a special bath once a day and has to apply cream four times a day. This condition will be with Jay the rest of his life.

Jay maintains monthly contact with his younger brother and sister. He enjoys spending time with his siblings and would like to maintain some form of contact with them in the future.

All families will be considered for Jay. He is not yet legally free for adoption.
