Biography

David is a driven young man with a well-rounded personality. He genuinely cares about others, is willing to try most new things and he doesn’t take things for granted. David loves being outside doing almost anything from landscaping, walking, hiking, swimming, riding his bike and recreational activities.

David hopes that his forever family will help him discover where his life path will lead him. In the past, he has really enjoyed tinkering around on an old Chevy pick-up truck and he feels that a job as a mechanic may be a possibility for him. He has also said that he may join the military but admits he hasn’t had an opportunity to explore this option. However, after he had his first opportunity to talk about himself in front a large group of professionals, David said he may try to reach out to other kids who have experienced things similar to his past. He might even become a motivational speaker. Most importantly, he says he wants someone in his life that he can look up to and who will help him with making these important decisions.

Above all, David wants a family who will love and support him unconditionally. He really wants a family who will laugh with him when he’s embarrassed, who will support him when he is discouraged, and will love him for who he is. David would like a family who will teach him how to drive, get and maintain a job and who will encourage him to do his best in life.

David would like a mom and a dad who will naturally include him in their family and who will help him transition into becoming an adult. David says he is open to living in a home with siblings, but it’s important that David has someone who is going to make him one of the most important people in their lives with regular attention. It’s also important for David to be able to trust a family who will let him have some contact with his two sisters who have already been adopted.

All families will be considered for David. He is legally free for adoption.
